Aeromarine lda. is an associated company to a group of British companies, started in 1967 by Leonardo da Costa Sayago, Naval Architect, specializing in the design , construction and marketing of pleasure boats and light aircraft.

Nauticat UK ltd distributes the “Rolls Royce” of motorsailers: Nauticat yachts. The association of these two companies started in the early eighties and has been a very successful one. The base of operations is the South Coast of England, Hamble, the centre of sailing in England. Until recently Hamble airfield was an operating training centre for British Airways and was a fighter station during the war where spitfires flew from to fight in the Battle of Britain. Now Leonardo’s new project is Lago Pilots Village in Montargil Portugal and his new interest are the new breed of very Light Aircraft. The group of companies continues its work in the UK.
